We finally joined a gym last week and we have been trying to work out regularly and eat healthier too. Of course, we still have our ice cream and frozen yogurt in our routine :).
These August rain showers and cooler temperatures have been lovely...especially for back porch sitting, listening to the rain.
We took a last minute road trip Monday night to Oxford, MS to eat at Ajax. We really like this restaurant and it is also one of Larry's favorites. We went to celebrate Larry Ray's birthday and some of his other friends joined us too.

This week marked the 40th anniversary of the death of Elvis Presley. We gathered around and watched "Viva Las Vegas", my favorite Elvis movie.
I'm happy to see the weekend here and ready for a new week.
