The whole world knew about it, the USA was watching, it came and it went.....Solar Eclipse 2017
First stop, lunch at Huey's downtown.
Then we headed to Autozone Park where the Memphis Redbirds play baseball.
We were provided with glasses and it allowed us to be outside the entire 3 hours. This was the hottest day so far in August in Memphis! But it still was not record temperatures thankfully.

In case you are wondering, yes, I wore my International Space Station t-shirt and my Memphis Redbirds cap to the game. My worst fashion this day was wearing jeans on a hot day!
It was a good, yet a little hot day, for us and we were thankful to be downtown because we heard there was cloud coverage and some rain in our neighborhood.
And Avery went home with one of the game day baseballs!!
How fun!!! So cool that they did it at the stadium, and that it was on the monitor, too!
