Happy Good Friday Friends! Here are a few favorties from the week...or what my week look liked!
Y'all, I watched a movie from the early 80's....An Officer and A Gentleman. This movie is not for the children, but the music and this last scene gets me.
Tuesday was a hard anniversary day for me and I had a sweet friend bring me a smoothie at work. I enjoyed it for the afternoon.
I am not sure why this took me so long, but I connected my TV to my Spotify account to play some music at home Tuesday evening. My favorite song was the first to play. This is "Goodness of God" by Jenn Johnson.
I bought myself some red roses at Trader Joe's.
Some of my dearest friends brought dinner over Tuesday night. We laughed, cried and prayed together.
Two of my friends who came brought me more flowers!
Wednesday morning after my work at home, one of my closest friends came over and we ate lunch together and took a walk.
Thursday, I worked and was able to serve families at the hospital last night.

I'm so glad your friends made your week a bit more bearable. I literally thank God for my friends everyday of my life. You've got an amazing support group in them! I love seeing all of your flowers around the house, and how special that two were from your friends. I hope you enjoy the weekend; do you have plans for Sunday?

ReplyDeleteI only found out I could connect my Spotify to the TV a few months ago. I love listening to music or audiobooks when I am just pottering around the house.
